2025 MCF Community Stage Application

April 4-6 and 10-13

Calling all performers…Amateur & Pro - Here’s your chance to take part in the 2025 Maricopa County Fair.

You are invited to become part of the entertainment featured at the Maricopa County Fair. Strut your stuff on one of our stages. We will feature a wide variety of continuous, free entertainment during the Fair. It’s a great opportunity to perform in public and gain notoriety.

One hour time slots are available each day of the fair. You may request to perform once or multiple times.

Performers will receive free admission and parking on the day of the performance. If accepted, you will receive an Admission Confirmation Pass that will serve as the admission and parking pass for your group along with complete directions for its use. There will be no compensation provided to Community Acts.

Acts are selected and scheduled by the community act coordinator with consideration given to the order in which applications are received. The deadline to submit your application is March 10, 2025. Applications may still be considered after this date but performers will not be listed in the official printed program. Applications will not be taken by phone. Be sure to fully complete your application.

We request that you confirm your availability prior to submitting your application. Cancellations impact other performers and their ability to get their preferred time slots. All cancellations must be received no later than March 17, 2025 and must include your Confirmation Admission Pass. You will be held responsible for the monetary value of your Confirmation Admission Pass based at $10.00 x the total number in your group if you do not return the Pass or cancel after March 17, 2025.

We look forward to hearing from you and having your group participate in the Maricopa County Fair, Inc. If you have any questions, please contact us at (602) 252-0717 ext. 406.
