Audio*

Our audio engineers are responsible for deploying and running audio for all sessions. They are responsible for soundcheck, live mix, and playback quality. If a FOH engineer is provided by the band, our engineer is in place for any issues that may arise and to aid in anything the provided engineer may need.

Our lighting designers are responsible for all lighting inside the main session room. They support the overall look and feel of the event as outlined to enhance the program and production design. They are responsible for the set up and teardown of lighting gear, as well as repairs on site.

Video Switching*

We anticipate two video positions per tour: a computer graphics engineer and video switcher engineer. You will work together to ensure timely set up and tear down of all video elements. The graphics engineer will be primarily responsible for the download of new content, ProPresenter, and more. The video switcher engineer will be responsible for live video playback and camera work. It is important to know that this is not a photography position.

It is our intent to use Unreal Engine in various situations for our Summer 2025 tour. We understand that your knowledge may be limited as this program is fairly specialized. All applicants must have references from three people before we can proceed with in the interview process. It is your responsibility to send the link to the form. You should also follow up with them to ensure that the form is filled submitted. We recommend sending the link to at least 5 people. Possible references are teachers, professors, co-workers, supervisors, etc. Please do not use family members as references. At least one reference should be a church leader.

Next Steps

Due to the volume of applicants and our hiring cycle, it will take us time to respond to your application. Response time can range from 1-4 weeks. Interviews will not take place until January.
