CSUF Approved Caterer Application

Required Insurance Documentation

Insurance submissions will be reviewed by the Office of Events, Facilities Use, and Filming as established in CSU policy. A current Health Department Permit is also required.


Approved food and beverage providers will remain on the Approved Caterer List until the expiration of insurance and re-applied as applicable.

CSUF Temporary Food Permit

Applicants may be required to obtain a Temporary Food Permit from the CSUF Environmental Health and Safety Office.
