Opening Eyes (Vision Screenings)

This online registration form is specifically for our Healthy Athletes venue where we provide free health screenings to our Special Olympics Athletes.

Volunteers for this venue include eye care professionals such as Optometrist or Ophthalmologist, Optometry Students, Optician or Optical Tech/Assistants and Lions Club International members

When: Saturday, May 31st - 9:30 am - 2 pm

Location: UNM Stadium EAST Parking Lot, located at 1926 Avenida Cesar Chavez SE #1912, ABQ, 87106

Parking & Check-in: Please park in the General Parking area and then check-in at the Opening Eyes tent (South from the General Parking lot).
