Inclusive Health and Recreation Funding Awards

The Inclusive Health and Recreation Funding Awards are intended to support initiatives that advance opportunities for inclusiveness in health and recreation activities for individuals, particularly children, with physical and/or cognitive disabilities. A total of $195,000 is available to award to programs and initiatives that will improve health and well-being for individuals with disabilities. Proposals should support inclusiveness and promote access to social and recreational programs. Please see the full criteria for all requirements. Applications must be submitted by midnight, August 31, 2019. Only electronic submissions will be accepted.
