Clean Energy Contractor Incubator (CECI) Program - Application

This application is for HACIA's Clean Energy Contractor Incubator (CECI) Program, which starts in August 2025 and will tun through March 2026.

The CECI Program helps construction business owners acquire the skills needed to successfully enter the clean energy sector, scale their business, create strong relationships, and run projects profitably. These exclusive "a-la-carte" courses are led by experts and consultants in the construction industry. Completing five (5) or more courses, will unlock one-on-one coaching and other HACIA perks!

Formerly incarcerated
Graduate of the foster care system
