Policy 01-2020: Historical Data Requests

The Historical Data Request Form accompanies ICJ Administrative Policy 01-2020: Access to Historical Data. Commissioners, Compact Administrators, Deputy Compact Administrators, and Designees may submit a request to the National Office for data from the retired JIDS system. Requests may be made until May of 2026.

According to ICJ Policy 01-2020, the requestor must certify that the data cannot be obtained from in-state sources.
