Advertising & Posting Policy Only digital advertising will be accepted. No posting/signage/advertising may be secured to walls of Recreation Facilities, doors, windows, mirrors, stairwells or hallways without a sign agreement. Items posted or distributed outside of approved locations will be removed and discarded. We only accept promotional materials from Rutgers affiliated Student Organizations, University departments and approved external advertisers. Advertising must provide accurate information including: Sponsoring Organization contact information, name and/or logo. Rutgers Recreation reserves the right to refuse to post any material that violates the University’s Student Code of Conduct or advertising/sponsorship policy. Advertising at any Recreation Facility does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any product, service, or information.
