OWLS Application
About us
Oula celebrates the healing power of dance as part of an inclusive, come-as-you-are community where everyone is welcome. The result is a transformative approach to intentional wellness that’s fun. Oula merges high-intensity cardio with easy-to-follow choreography, mindfulness practices, and a culture of inclusivity — all to an energetic pop soundtrack. Every Oula class empowers participants to challenge their bodies and process their emotions through music, movement, and, most importantly, a community connection. At Oula, we embrace fitness, feelings, and fun. Oula will redefine the way we think about fitness by empowering people to trust themselves, their bodies, and each other through integration of the mind, body, and heart for full-being health and wellness. We invite every body to combine music and movement for a deeper connection to self and community.
As an Oula Wing Lending Support, you will work as a team to virtually support instructors and their varying needs. You will guide new instructors as they gain experience and offer your insight on various projects as they relate to instructor development.
Oula’s values

- Support: We navigate growth together and lean into change, both within our community and ourselves.
- Carefree: We celebrate our inner child having permission to play.
