Bursary Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Applicants must be current members of a NSW Show Society. Directors of AgShows NSW are eligible to apply.
Conference Attendance:The bursary covers attendance at the conference on the specified dates. Applicants must be available to attend the conference in full.
Bursary Coverage:The bursary includes the conference ticket price up to the value of $360.The bursary includes access to the gala dinner associated with the conference.
Exclusions:The bursary does not cover accommodation expenses. Discouted bed and breakfast rates are available to conference delegates at a rate of $200 per night at The Island/Conference Venue. The bursary does not cover travel costs to and from the conference venue.
Acceptance: By accepting the bursary, recipients agree to these terms and conditions and will ensure timely communication regarding any changes to their attendance status.
Selection will be based on a review of responses to the question, "Why would you like to attend, and how will you share your learnings with your Show Society?" Applicants will be evaluated on the clarity of their purpose, the relevance and impact of attending the conference, and their plan for sharing knowledge with their Show Society.
