Complete and submit an application by Sunday March 30, 2025 at 5 p.m.

Qualified candidates will be invited to an interview with members of the review committee by Friday April 11, 2025. Interviews will be conducted in-person between April 16-25, 2025. Those selected or the allcove Youth Advisory Group will be notified via email by Friday May 16, 2025.

Only the applications submitted through this online portal will be accepted. Please contact the allcove Beach Cities team, if you would like the accommodation of a physical application to be filled out by hand.

If your application is not complete, Beach Cities Health District cannot review the application and it will not be considered for acceptance on the Youth Advisory Group. Late applications will not be considered.
