Special Note: Spelman College will be closed for Winter Recess December 18, 2024 - January 1, 2025. Requests submitted during this time will be reviewed on a rolling basis beginning the week of January 6, 2025.

Thank you for your interest in having interim President Rosalind "Roz" Brewer, C'84, participate in your event. To manage requests effectively, we ask that event organizers complete the Presidential Speaker Request Form.

The President's Office team reviews requests on a rolling basis. We will not approve speaker requests submitted less than two weeks in advance.

Please keep in mind that due to the volume of requests, priority will be given to organizations that provide service or support to the mission of Spelman College.

In addition to the above information, please be aware of the following:

The President’s name/image/likeness cannot be used without prior approval.
The Spelman College logo, seal, and taglines cannot be used without prior approval.
Once an engagement request is accepted, event organizers must submit a program/run of show at least five (5) business days prior to the event.

Special Note: Spelman College will be closed for Winter Recess December 18- January 1 2025. Requests submitted during this time will not be reviewed until the College re-opens on January 2, 2025.
