2023 Great Plains Rare Disease Summit Registration Form

The 2023 Summit will be held in a hybrid fashion and so you have the option to attend in person or virtually. The Summit will be held at the Sanford Center in Sioux Falls, SD beginning the afternoon of May 11th and conclude the afternoon of May 12th.


The agenda is currently being finalized, but will be sent and posted online as soon as it is available.

Poster Session

Would you like to present a poster at the event?*

We will have a virtual poster session available for attendees to display relevant work in rare disease research. Poster presenters will also be required to record a 3-5 minute video of their poster presentation and be present during virtual poster break-out sessions. Posters (.pdf format) and presentations (.mp4 format) will be required by May 8th, 2023 and can be submitted to cords@sanfordhealth.org at any time.
