Only Restaurants that provide a Bermuda-inspired dish and/or menu will qualify to enter Restaurant Weeks People’s Choice Award. By submitting this form and participating in Restaurant Weeks 2021, I hereby agree to provide the offering stated during the entire duration of this initiative. I also agree that, if requested, I will provide BTA with information including but not limited to customer traffic, current and historical restaurant sales during Restaurant Weeks dates and images to aid in current and future promotion of the initiative. Please note that your menus should be submitted on the form titled "Restaurant Weeks Menu Submission Form 2021" by 30 November 2020.
