In an exclusive owner event, join us to learn about all things Strata Plans & By-Laws.
This session will provide attendees with a foundational understanding of the history of strata titled scheme plans and how to obtain and identify key information from them. Then, strata by-laws will be explored to determine how one is developed, the criteria for them to be valid and enforceable, and how to enforce them.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received prior to 5 October 2023 are fully refundable. Cancellations received after 5 October 2023 are not-refundable. Substitute delegates are welcome. Confirmed registrants who do not attend are liable for 100% of the registration fee. Please email events.wa@strata.community to cancel your registration.
