Crash Course 2025

Please complete and submit this form to enroll your youth in TUF's Crash Course 2025 program. The program for both Poultry and GUS runs from October 2025- November 2025. This program is a prerequisite to our year round Livestock Clubs. This is an independent TUF program, and not a part of 4-H.

Poultry CC ($250):

Saturdays 9:30-11:00 AM

Oct 11th, Oct 18th, Oct 25th, Nov 1, Nov 8th, Nov 15th, Nov 22nd, Nov 29th


GUS CC ($500):

Thursdays 5:00-6:00 PM

Oct 2nd, Oct 9th, Oct 16th, Oct 23rd, Oct 30th, Nov 6th, Nov 13th, Nov 20th


Saturdays 10:00-11:00 AM

Oct 11th, Oct 18th, Oct 25th, Nov 1st, Nov 8th, Nov 15th, Nov 22nd



If you are registering more than one youth, please fill out a separate registration form for each participant.


This form is for TUF's Crash Course enrollment purposes only. More information will be sent out at a later date to enroll in our year-round programs.

Costs, Payment and Policies

Participation costs for full session:


  • Poultry CC: $250
  • GUS CC: $500


Please note that we do not prorate fees due to missed classes or weather. Payment must be made in full prior to the first day of class.


Invoices will be sent from Quickbooks separately from the registration submission.


Waiver of Liablity

Waivers are required for anyone who comes onto the farm. A new waiver will need to signed each calendar year. If your participanthas already completed a waiver for 2025, you will not need to fill out another one.

Does your child have any behavioral or health concerns that you think we should be aware of in order to make their time at TUF fun and safe?


Examples may include the need for EPI Pen use, diagnosis of ASD/ADHD, asthma, food and environmental allergies, etc?
