This quiz covers the material within Modules 1-4 for "Assessing, Preventing, and Overcoming Reading Difficulties".

After completing this form, you will receive emails depending on your answers in the quiz section. If you complete the quiz with 8 out of 10 questions correct you will be emailed a PDF version of your personalized CDE Clock Hour Certificate which will grant you three (3) hours of recertification credit. If you do not pass the quiz, you will receive an email with feedback and a link to try again. Please note that emails may take up to 60 minutes to arrive.
