PROMISE Community Lab Request Form

The Sanford PROMISE community lab is open to the community for interactive hands-on experiences. If you would like to bring a class of students or a group of learners to the community lab, please fill out this form. The lab has the capacity for 24 learners at a time. The community lab is located within the research bay of Sanford Research and gives learners the ability to do science experience in the same environment as our Sanford Research scientists. Entrance to the community lab is located on the north side of the building.

Requests will be processed in the order they are received. Please request for a visit time at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. Once your request has been submitted, a PROMISE educator will reach out to you to confirm specific details.

How did you hear about the PROMISE Community Lab?

Photo consent

The PROMISE team would like to use photos from your visit on the Sanford PROMISE social media accounts as a way to share about our program. By signing this Agreement I likewise hereby grant Sanford permission to use the likeness of attending students in photograph(s) in any and all of its publications and in any and all other media, whether now known or hereafter existing, related to the Sanford Research. In many cases, this requires a check of the photo release list from the school district. If there are children who should not be photographed, please tell the PROMISE leaders and they will make sure to exclude their image. No names or identifiers will accompany the photos.
