University of Delaware Department of Physical Therapy STAR Campus Location: We are conveniently located on the University of Delaware’s STAR Campus at 540 South College Ave, Suite 210, Newark, DE 19713.

From I-95: Take exit 1B-Rt. 896 to Newark. This turns into South College Avenue. Continue approximately 1.5 miles and 540 S. College Avenue is located on your left.

For STAR Health Science Complex: PLEASE PARK IN VISITOR PARKING. Vehicles must be parked with license plate facing the drive lane. If no visitor/patient spots are available, please park in the regular lot. If a ticket is issued, please contact our office to have this waived.

For ELC Parking: This will require a parking pass.
