2025-2026 Session Series Proposals

Please complete the following proposal form to facilitate session or workshop series for the CFE. Series must consist of at least 3 individual sessions or workshops. If you are submitting a proposal for a series you have not facilitated for the CFE before, please complete the CFE Session Series Proposal Template and upload the completed proposal as a Microsoft Word document in the space provided below.


Please review the Propose a CFE Session or Series webpage for more information on the series proposal process and visit the CFE Session Facilitator Guide for information on each of the required sections.

Provide the full name of the person submitting the proposal.

Provide the BGSU email address of the person submitting the proposal.

Series Information

Provide the proposed series title.

Please choose the semester(s) for your proposed series. If you would like to offer the session over multiple semesters, please choose all the semesters, you would like to offer sessions in the series. Individual sessions will only be offered once per semester.

Recurring Series*

If you have facilitated this series for the CFE before and have already submitted a proposal for the series, please choose "Yes." If this is a new session that has not been offered by the CFE before, please choose "No" and upload a completed series proposal template.

Provide the proposed session title.

Session 1 Type*

Choose the session type from the list below.

Choose the session category(ies) from the list below. You may choose up to 2 session categories.

Session 1 Duration*

Choose how long you'd like the session to be. If requesting "Other," please indicate the length of the session in the field asking for Proposed Session Date(s) and Time(s).

Session 1 Modality*

Choose the preferred modality for the session. In-person sessions are dependent on space availability.

Provide up to 3 potential dates & times for your proposed session.

Provide the proposed session title.
