Your first step is to complete this 'Notice of Intended Event' form. Each event is unique and specific approvals may be required for different elements of the event. This form will determine what approvals or additional information may or may not be needed for your event.

Note: 'Notice of Intended Event' form is not required for a private event.
Please upload your Public Liability Insurance and any other relevant documentation or files
Please provide a description of the event together with a list of event activities.
Please include information such as the name and address of the venue.
Note: The 'Notice of Intended Event' form must be submitted a minimum of 6 weeks prior to your event for approvals to be completed in time for your event.
