Advanced Degree Completed from U.S. Institution: Please attach a transcript for your degree (unless one is already included with an application to the MBA program:

Standardized Test: Please attach a current (less than five years) GRE/LSAT/MCAT report from the education testing services.

Undergraduate Degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, or 3.0 or higher in the last 60 hours.: Please be sure to submit official transcripts. For the purposes of the GMAT/GRE Waiver, unofficial transcripts can be submitted with this form

Next Steps

By submitting this form, you are requesting a waiver of the GMAT/GRE Requirement. Upon submission, a member of the Marilyn Davies College of Business Graduate Programs Office will review your request to determine eligibility.

If approved for a GMAT Waiver, the MBA office will notify UHD Graduate Admissions to satisfy any missing items on your Graduate Admissions Checklist

If your GMAT/GRE Waiver is not approved, please be prepared to submit a valid test score to gradadmissions@uhd.edu.
