END USER PROFILING QUESTIONS

This is a better question than 'have you used us before' because it may show up if they buy through a dealer

One-off's are better sent to dealer where possible. listen out for 'we use loads of this stuff' type comments in which case they may qualify as a TSA

Use the stockist map, then if it is a USER discuss the options available. Ideally they will already deal with one of these and be happy to buy off them

for a user, ask how many metalworkers for a reseller, how many reps or staff

DEALER PROFILING

If they are not very close to an existing stockist and are happy to talk, cooperative and happy to meet with a rep, we can offer them -20%. If they are not cooperative and you feel there may be a conflict with other dealers, we can only offer 10% resale discount
