Please use this form to submit nominations for all open branch officer positions. All ballots will be available online during the Branch Elections (October 10, 2022 - November 30, 2022). Carefully read all instructions and proof your form before submitting. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Deadline for nominations is November 30, 2022 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time US.
