The Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta's AHP set-aside program funds this program. As a member institution, ANDP has access to up to $750,000 in the 2024 funding year.

Available to ANDP applicants in the products listed above: $202,500


Available funding for new Workforce Housing+ DPA product: $0 


Available to ANDP applicants for the Workforce Housing + DPA product: $0 - No longer taking applications for this product (as of 10/16/24). Should funds for Workforce Housing+ be replenished, we will alert active lenders and reopen applications for this portion of the DPA program.

DPA REQUEST


FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYER

Up to $12,500 in assistance for borrowers that meet HUD's definition of a first-time homebuyer. This product is restricted to applicants with a household income at or below 80% AMI.


COMMUNITY PARTNERS

Up to $15,000 in assistance is available for currently employed (or retired) law enforcement officers, educators, health care workers, firefighters, and other first responders; veterans and active-duty military or their surviving spouse; and COVID-related essential workers. (Note that Those applying for the Community Partners product do not need to be first-time homebuyers. This product is restricted to applicants with a household income at or below 80% AMI.


(NEW) WORKFORCE HOUSING + (Funds for this DPA product have been depleted. Should they be replenished, we will reactivate this portion of the DPA offerings).

Up to $15,000 in assistance. As of 6/3/2024, FHLBank Atlanta offers a LIMITED-TIME opportunity for qualifying homebuyers with a household income between 80.01% and 120% AMI. This product requires the use of three different forms than for those products above. These new forms are linked to the ANDP DPA webpage.
