You must fill out this form if you are interested in applying for a new (not renewal) project in the NC Balance of State Continuum of Care for the FY2025 CoC Program competition.

PLEASE NOTE, THERE MAY NOT BE FUNDING FOR NEW PROJECTS IN THE FY2025 CoC PROGRAM COMPETITION

NCCEH staff will be in touch to discuss your proposal. It is mandatory that all agencies wanting to apply for new CoC Program funding complete an Intent to Apply this year. The deadline to submit this Intent to Apply is Friday, June 13, 2025 by 12 Noon.

NOTE: This Intent to Apply is not for Emergency Solutions Grant Funding. CoC Program funding does not fund emergency shelter, street outreach, or transitional housing projects.
