Partners are required to have two designated representatives who work directly with the Summer Free For All Event Producer to coordinate communications, planning, meetings, and decision-making for the event

In keeping with the commitments of the passage of the 2020 Parks Levy, groups will help Summer Free For All Cultural Events support and advance the following levy goal:

• Provide park and recreation services to diverse populations including communities of color, seniors, teens, households experiencing poverty, immigrants and refugees, and people living with disabilities.

Demonstration of current/past work that supports and advances the goals of the Park Levy will be a key factor in our evaluation of your application.

The Community Contribution for hosting a Summer Free For All Event begins at $1000. Community Contributions are due on June 7, 2024.

If you are interested in enhancing your movie event with a pre-movie activity, artist, music, or experience, please let us know your thoughts. Please note that the booking, coordination, and payment of pre-movie entertainment is the responsibility of your organization/group.

Summer Free For All will be able to assist with onsite logistics and very limited technical support for pre-movie entertainment, including music.
