The purpose of this document is to provide a measured observation sheet for the referee examiners to use as a continual record during the Level 3 National referee assessment process, as laid down in the Level 3 & 4 Referee Examinations and the Designated Competitions and Examiners for Level 3&4 Refereeing Examinations document.

Guidelines for Completing The Level 3 Assessment
