Stressless/Gluten Free Audit
One audit must be completed by a member of the manager/supervisor team for EVERY meal period 7 days a week for both TOL and Chase. The audit is meant to bring awareness/accountability of the commitments we have made to safely serve food to our guests with allergens. The form can be completed on a computer or through the Smartsheet app on Aramark paid phones.
Meal period does not dictate available options within the Stressless Cabinet. Breakfast items need to be available during lunch, dinner, and late night and dessert items at breakfast. The overall parr level of each SKU required needs to be set by the local team, however, it is understood that at NO time should there be less than 3 of each required item.
