Exhibitors are required to submit for approval complete scale drawings, both concept and construction, approximate weight distribution, and indicating all dimensions including applicable set back. These details will help us to determine the best booth placement, electricity drops, and crowd management.

Height Restrictions:

Arena Floor Perimeter/Wall Booth: over 10’ requires review and approval.
Center court/island booths: Maximum height of 10’
Concourse: 12'
