Registrar or Associate in Training - Application to change subscription category

Please use this form to tell us about any changes in circumstance so the College can make sure you are paying the right membership fees (these are different to your training fees). If there are any changes to your subscription, we will let you know.


This application relates to the 2023/24 financial year. Any changes to fees will only be effective from 1 April 2023 onwards.
