2025 Spark!Fishers Vendor + Artisan Application
Thank you for your interest in Fishers' biggest community celebration, Spark!Fishers!
Spark!Fishers festival is on Saturday, June 28 in Fishers’ Nickel Plate District and Municipal Complex. We are seeking participants that will showcase the City of Fishers and our smart, vibrant, entrepreneurial community.
Please note that 2025 Spark!Fishers Festival hours are on Saturday, June 28 from 2 - 9 pm.
Vendors can bring their own weighted tent (tents must be properly weighted to State Fire Code standards of 40 lbs. on each leg for a 10x10 structure). Please note that tents are required, and vendors must bring their own tent or rent a tent through the City of Fishers Parks Department for an additional charge of $250.
Not all applicants will be accepted. The committee will evaluate applications and will respond to all applicants based on the timeline below. Selected participants will be notified by the corresponding date below via e-mail and required to pay for their reserved space (if applicable) within 2 weeks of notification of acceptance.
Please note that any vendors who are also parade participants are required to have separate staffing, vehicles, etc. in order to participate (i.e. you cannot leave your vendor booth or move vehicles/décor from your booth in order to participate in the parade. We do not encourage groups to be vendors and parade participants.
All vendors + artisans will be required to attend an informational meeting before Spark!Fishers:
Food + Beverage Only Vendors - 12pm-1pm Wednesday June 18
Non-Food + Beverage Vendors - 6pm-7pm Wednesday, June 18

2025 Spark!Fishers Pricing
Please note that a tent and electricity are not included in the vendor fee. If you cannot provide your own weighted tent, you can rent one through the City of Fishers Parks Department for an additional charge of $250.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of application submission. If you are not selected as a vendor, your deposit will be refunded (minus processing fees). All approved vendors will have their deposit credited towards their festival fee.

- Business (Non-Food + Beverage): $250
- Current Fishers Farmers Market Vendor: $250
- Non-Profit Food + Beverage Vendor: $150
- Non-Profit Business (Non-Food + Beverage): $100
- Tent add-on: $250
- Electricity add-on: $150
Fishers Parks has a new vendor payment portal. If you are a new vendor or previously participated in Spark!Fishers please follow this link for step-by step instructions on how to sign up for an account with our new payment portal.

*All tent vendor locations are 10'x10'. Food Truck locations are 15'x20'. Unless otherwise approved by Fishers Parks.
*Vendor fees, tent, and electricity payments will be due by June 2, 2025.
*No refunds will be given if the vendor cancels after June 13, 2025. In the event that the Parks Department cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued. There will not be refunds made for inclement weather the day of the event.
*All food vendors must have a Fishers Health Department Food Permit. Please click here to apply.
*All vendors and artisans will be required to submit a Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Fishers as additionally insured, with a $500,000 limit for each occurrence and $1 million aggregate. Once you are approved, the COI will need to be submitted along with payment. If you do not carry insurance, click here for temporary event option.
