CDBG Monthly Subcontractors List - Submission Form

Download, complete then submit the monthly subcontractors list (excel spreadsheet) to the Travis County CDBG Office. Contractors should also submit all monthly subcontractor invoices, when submitting the subcontractors list. The Travis County CDBG Office recognizes subcontractors change and oftentimes only perform work for a moment in time. The request for a monthly subcontractor roster and invoices paid to subcontractors will help Travis County CDBG better understand the entities performing the work on CDBG construction projects on a monthly basis.

The monthly subcontractors list should be submitted via this form no later than the 5th of each month following the notice-to-proceed through the completion of the project. CDBG staff will send monthly reminder emails.

Prime (general) contractors are expected to provide a monthly updated list of subcontractors. All contractors, including subcontractors must be cleared of suspension and debarment and must submit weekly certified payroll (CPRs). A monthly review of the list of subcontractors will help Travis County ensure contractors who are not eligible to receive federal assistance or who are not compliant with the required prevailing wage via the contractual wage decision, are not working on CDBG projects.
