Sahel Regional Resilience Activity (RRA)

Chemonics International, an international development consultancy firm, is seeking qualified MERL Director candidates for an anticipated project that will strengthen resilience across the Sahel.

The activity will strengthen individual, household, organization, and formal and informal institutions and networks to deliver improved natural resource management and the adoption of sustainable agriculture practices. Over a five-year period, the program aspires to achieve increased food security, income generation, improved water sanitation and hygiene, climate adaptive practices, better nutrition, improved conflict mitigation, and enhanced community resilience. The program will ensure that the voices and participation of women, youth and other marginalized and underrepresented populations are integrated into all activities, recognizing their pivotal roles as catalysts for transformative change.
