2024 Spike Out Cancer Pledge Form

Show your support for teens and young adults facing cancer by making a one-time donation or pledging a fixed amount for each spike by the Duke Volleyball team in their match against Stanford on November 22.

After the match, Duke Cancer Institute’s Teen & Young Adult Oncology Program will send you an email with the match results and an invoice for your pledge payment.

Your entire gift will support free therapy services and in-person meetups for these teens and young adults.
