Admissions Office Requests

Students may use this sheet to request any of the following changes to an existing application:

  • Program Changes
  • Campus changes
  • Deferrals


It may also be used to submit a request to be reviewed for some types of study extensions:

  • Readmission (1+1)
  • Assessment to re-join Algoma University after an extended break (2+ semesters)


All requests will receive an email confirmation of the decision made on the request.


Potential Transfer Credit:

Please note that transfer credit is not guaranteed between programs and will be evaluated on an individual basis. Entering directly into the senior year may not be possible without the completion of core courses from earlier years.


Before submitting:

It is strongly recommended that you meet with your Academic Advisor before completing this form.

By submitting this form, if you successfully qualify for the program transfer, you will be automatically withdrawn and admitted into the new program. Please expect to hear back from us in approximately 2 weeks.

 

An "Advisor" includes both Academic Advisors and Agents
