Transfer Application

The Jerome Fisher Transfer Application is used to evaluate student performance. Therefore, all applicants must abide by Penn’s Code of Academic Integrity when filling out this application.
- Applications to the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology (M&T) will be considered only at the end of freshman year and with completion of eight course units minimum at the University of Pennsylvania.
- A student wishing to pursue this coordinated dual-degree program must develop a study plan within both Penn Engineering and the Wharton School.
- The student must submit the following information to the Program:
- The Jerome Fisher Transfer Application
- A completed Course Planning Guide – download worksheet for intended engineering major here. Fill in completed and intended courses, and attach to application. Wharton requirements and Engineering requirements are listed on either side of the fillable worksheet.
- Unofficial transcript
- Personal essay
- Two letters of recommendation from Penn faculty who have taught you. Recommendations should be confidential. Please provide your recommender's this link: https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/11b92dcdbe5f43439662e1f5e48bf472 and ask them to complete your recommendations by the application deadline at the latest.
- If you wish to be considered for uncoordinated dual degree status:
- College and Wharton students should complete the Penn Engineering Dual Degree Application to be considered for an uncoordinated dual degree status should they not be admitted to the Jerome Fisher Program
- Engineering and College students must complete the Wharton Dual Degree Application to be considered for an uncoordinated dual degree status should they not be admitted to the Jerome Fisher Program
All application materials must be submitted no later than 5:00pm EST, May 12th, 2025. Incomplete applications will not be considered. The Jerome Fisher Transfer Review Committee will review your application and all candidates will be notified of decisions between June and July. Finalists must be available for a video interview. Interviews will be conducted during June and July.
If you are not admitted to Jerome Fisher but have submitted a University dual-degree application, please follow-up with the relevant school for subsequent decisions.

Minimum Requirements to apply:
- Minimum GPA of 3.6 for review
- Prerequisite courses (no exceptions):
- Math 1400 and 1140
- Physics 0140 or 0150 (for MEAM majors: MEAM 1100/MEAM 1470)
- SEAS / SAS Students: Economics 0100 and 0200
- Wharton Students: BEPP 1000
