Employee Incentive Compensation and Rewards Submission Form
Each year the Office of Human Resources (HR) is required to review and approve employee rewards programs that offer monetary rewards. The objective is to ensure that Georgia College & State University (GCSU) complies with the USG Incentives, Compensation, and Rewards Policy regarding the compensation of employees through rewards programs. Further, HR is required to submit plans to the USG System Office on behalf of GCSU for final approval for the upcoming fiscal year.
The information collected on this form will be used to determine whether programs comply with USG policy. Please be as detailed as possible with your submissions.
