Thank you for your interest in joining the THP Community Advisory Board. Please let us know more about yourself and one of our CAB Co-Chairs or members will be in touch with you within the next few weeks so we can schedule a meet and greet by phone or video.

The purpose of the CAB is:

1. For the CAB to offer feedback to the THP about programs and services
2. For the THP to hear directly from people who access care from our program and are representative of the communities cared for by the THP.
3. For the CAB to advise THP staff and leaders on how to improve its services.
4. For the THP to ensure a community voice is included in the decisions the THP makes about current and future services.

CAB meetings take place virtually on:

the 3rd Wednesday of the month

6:15pm – 8:45pm

March, June, September, and December.
