Please be sure to submit the following documents


➔ A current resume or CV (including name, nationality, year of birth, gender, and location) in English


➔ A PDF with up to seven recent work samples, captions, and a 100-word description for each project. For A/V works, please include links to SoundCloud, Youtube, or Vimeo along with a description of the project.


➔ In a one-page letter, please address the following: What do you need as an artist/curator at this point in your career? How might this fellowship be of value to you in your development as an artist/curator? Discuss what art project(s) you would work on during the residency (activity plan for the Residency). Consider how the fellowship will advance your artwork. How might your work be impacted by getting this fellowship? How do you envision a collaboration with your artist/curator counterpart?

Please be sure to submit the following documents


➔ A current resume or CV


➔ A PDF with links to a 20-minute “program” consisting of excerpts from three work samples. This is the sample that panelists will hear first. [Example: Your program might look like seven minutes, Work A, plus seven minutes, Work B, plus six minutes, Work C = 20 minutes.] (SoundCloud, Youtube, and Vimeo links accepted*)


➔ On a separate PDF, list the title of each composition, the year composed, names of musicians performing, and the venue (if applicable) for each work sample.


➔ In a one-page letter, please address the following: What do you need as a composer at this point in your career? How might this fellowship be of value to you in your development as an artist? Discuss what musical project(s) you would work on during the residency. Consider how the fellowship will advance your original music. How might working at 18SAC affect your work and projects? How do you envision utilizing the mentorship component of the residency?

SoundCloud, Vimeo, and Youtube links are accepted. (Please do NOT send mp3 files or physical CDs.)


Ensure that your accounts display your real name prominently.


Provide links for the 20-minute program and each of the full-length works. Provide individual links to each track in the online application form.
