Welcome to the BIE Post-School Outcomes Student Interview

As a data collector, your participation in this process is important and appreciated. This interview protocol asks questions about the former student's further education, training and employment.

A few interview tips:

You will conduct an interview with former students or their family members.
The former students, or leavers, are now being contacted one year later after they left a BIE-funded school during SY2022-2023.
The interview will take about 10 to 15 minutes depending on the responses provided.
As you read the questions to the respondent, you may need to provide additional information to help them understand the question you are asking in order to get accurate information.
Contact former students at least 3 times before considering the student unreachable.
This form has logic built into the questions where you will only answer the questions needed based on previous responses so questions may be different student to student.
