Welcome to ARC 2022. Please read the following instructions carefully. Incomplete booking forms will not be accepted. 1) Answer all questions completely. 2) The list of products or services you plan to sell or provide must be specific. 3) Please be aware that even though you provide us with a list of products you wish to sell or services you wish to provide, not all of these products will be on the permitted products list. RA and ARC have other contractual arrangements with sponsors and suppliers; therefore, the sale of some products may not be possible. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, decisions made by RA on what product/s you will be permitted to sell will be final. 4) Make sure that you have your Public Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation Certificates of Currency on hand as these will be required as a part of this booking. 5) Please ensure that you have carefully read the Terms and Conditions https://arc.rowingaustralia.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/ARC22_TradePark_TCs_FINAL.pdf prior to submitting your booking. 6) By completing this form you acknowledge that you will abide by any and all COVID-19 Safety measures that are put forward by event organisers. This will include having a contactless payment system, hand sanitiser available at your stall, and the ability to physically distance. We also encourage all vendors to have their own COVID-19 Safe Operating Plan. *All prices exclude GST
