In June 2023, the City of Cambridge is adding "No Left Turn" signs in two locations in Neighborhood Nine, north of Harvard Square.

The new left turn restrictions will be in effect during the evening peak commuting hours (4 p.m. to 7 p.m.) at:

• Walker Street at Linnaean Street
• Garden Street at Robinson Street

These new signs are intended to discourage cut-through traffic in the neighborhood. From June until early fall, the City will monitor cut-through traffic and gather community feedback on the changes.
