This section intakes information needed for Employer Acceptance Agreements submitted to the Department of Labor. The Department of Labor requires reporting certain data points about our program. This is to ensure the fulfillment of the Equal Employment Opportunities Act and also guides our recruitment efforts. All demographic information follows U.S. Census data collection guidelines.

This should include a description of the position, roles and responsibilities, and starting hourly wage (fixed or range).
A journeyworker is competent to work independently and capable of training new apprentices in the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job.
Calculate this with the before-taxes wages paid to each journeyworker and divide by the number of journeyworkers. Do not include any fringe benefits, such as insurance or PTO, in this rate.
