Become a CASE Graduate Trainee

2024-2025

Thank you for your interest in the CASE Graduate Trainee Programme!

About the programme:

A one-year programme which aims to attract talented graduates into roles in educational institutions in fundraising, alumni relations, communications or marketing (collectively known as the advancement profession).

Most of the training will be delivered on-the-job by the host organisation through a learning plan for the year, which is likely to include hands-on work experience in specific areas, project work and placements to different teams.

A complementary programme of training events organised by CASE will take place throughout the year to support the trainees in their work and equip them with the primary core competencies needed to progress on their career journey.

The programme is open to individuals who:

  • have recently graduated or are about to graduate,
  • are new to advancement profession (less than 6 months in role),
  • hold experience in another sector and wish to transition into a career in advancement.

Any degree subject is accepted.

Knowledge of fundraising, alumni relations, communications or marketing is not necessary as you will gain skills and knowledge through the programme. Enthusiasm and a genuine desire to learn are key.

Please note that any changes to your application might not be recorded. Therefore, please consider the following while applying:

  1. Set a reminder for the application's deadline on 1st February 2024 23:59 pm GMT.
