4-Minute Pitch Guidelines
The Virtual pitch and an accompanying slide deck is required to complete the intake process for HFI. The virtual pitch must not exceed 4 minutes.
The following guidelines are offered to help you structure an effective and compelling presentation that aligns with HFI’s goals. These are suggestions only and not mandatory.
- Title/Intro Slide: Quick name of the company and presenter title within the company – keep this brief.
- Problem: Clearly and succinctly define the problem, highlighting its clinical relevance and urgency.
- Problem-Solution Fit: Describe your solution and how it addresses the problem. Emphasize what makes it unique. Focus on the core value proposition.
- Solution-Market Fit: Highlight the expected impact of your solution on the market and stakeholders.
- Reimbursement Strategy (optional)
- Traction/Progress: Emphasize your one to two most significant accomplishment so far.
- Ask – Specific for HFH: Clearly state the ask for Henry Ford, including goals, key milestones, and your expected timeline.
- Team: Highlight key individuals or advisors who give your team credibility. Best not to go into long bios.
- Final Slide: Include the presenter's contact details (Name, title, email, and phone).
