We are currently recruiting for 5 new Directors to sit on LFA’s Board of Directors. These roles require a 20-day commitment annually and are voluntary positions, with reasonable expenses paid for efforts and contribution to football in Lancashire. Please confirm you are willing and able to meet the following Board Member expectations: • In conjunction with the Lancashire Football Association (LFA) Board and Executive team, develop and execute the LFA vision. • Provide independent, expert advice to support the Board and Executive team to optimise performance. • Ensure LFA promotes best practice corporate governance, providing constructive challenge and feedback as required. • Provide the role of LFA ambassador, forging constructive links and relationships within the local Grassroots Football community. • Promote the long-term interests of LFA across a diverse range of activities. • Commit up to 20 days per annum to attend LFA Board and other relevant meetings.
