Looking to continue collecting audience surveys through Audience Finder? Fill in this short request form and the team will get in touch to discuss getting you set up.

The core audience survey is designed to help organisations monitor key information about their audiences. Our Survey Question Dictionary contains all of the available questions for organisations based in England, and organisations based in Scotland and Wales have request forms of their own which may be accessed using the links above. Things to note:

• In line with an update to the Audience Finder service this survey will run from the date that it is set up until 31st May 2023. If you intend to use this survey retrospectively on a past financial year or towards the 23/24 reporting year, please indicate this in the Other Comments section.

• We advise that organisations should aim for around 380 responses. Results are updated once a week to the Audience Finder Original dashboard for monitoring and, when set up, you may access your raw data at any time within the survey library of Audience Finder Answers.

As a reminder, the free core survey questions comprise of a number of free and compulsory questions found within the Survey Question Dictionary from page 7.

Completion time

Please be aware that after you submit this request form a member of our Support Team will be in touch within 2 working days to confirm the details of your survey. Occasionally our emails can end up in junk folders so please ensure you check this if you don't hear from us.

Once you have confirmed the details of the survey, you will have your survey questionnaire within 10 working days.
