The driver must inspect and grease the PTO every 3 jobs or 24 hour run time, the date, time and vehicle hours must be recorded. The PTO service sheet must be kept in the truck binder until it is full and then submitted to the Operations Manager / HSE Manager or Mechanic for filing.
