2. Click the 'View' button beneath the 'Options' column

3. Your ID number is the number in brackets next to the name of your Group/Unit


Supporter Details

In this section, we'll ask for details about the supporter.


This is the person doing the course or the person/company supporting those who will benefit from the grant.

Project Details

In this section, we'll ask for details about the project.


Example: Wheelchair, BSL Course, Signer for district event

You will need to evidence this by uploading proof.

You'll need to submit proof. This can be a suitable email, letter, or similar.

For grants that support an individual, the maximum grant amount is however much Local Scouting is contributing to the applicant's costs up to £500.


For grants that support multiple people, the maximum grant amount is 50% of the project costs up to £500.


You may be offered less than the maximum grant.

Bank Details

If your application is successful, the grant must be paid into a Scouting bank account.

This should take the format of four digits followed by a forward slash followed by nine digits.


Example: 1234 / 123456789


Uploads

Please upload the following:


1.    Proof of the cost of the project.


2.    Proof of grant(s) to the applicant from Local Scouting.


3.    A bank statement in PDF format dated within the past three months. It should clearly show ALL of the following information and must not be redacted. This is to verify your bank details, not to look at your balance.


• Name of bank or building society

• Name on bank account

• Sort code

• Account number
